Description
All of our website maintenance packages include site hosting on Squeaky Shoes Media’s servers, access to our website maintenance training materials, as well as regular site backups and updates (these updates help with minimizing security risks as well as helping to keep the site running as efficiently as possible).
This package is specifically for websites transferred to our maintenance program that SSM did not build (using tools that differ from those we generally support) and includes 30minutes per month of maintenance time. This time can be used for anything you need (updates, consulting, etc.) but does not roll over from month to month.
Additional Maintenance Time:
Any maintenance/support time requested will be billed at provider’s hourly rate of $150/hr.
