1. Services Provided
Squeaky Shoes Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers website maintenance, SEO, website design and creation, website hosting, basic security threat mitigation, and other website-related services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By signing up for our Services, you (“the Client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Pricing and Billing
2.1. Subscription pricing varies depending on the package and add-ons selected by the Client. Billing frequency is either monthly or annually, as chosen by the Client during the sign-up process unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with our team.
2.2. Initial setup fees apply for website design and builds, as well as special projects outside of the monthly maintenance. Currently, no other fees are charged when signing up for a maintenance plan.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Clients can cancel their maintenance plans at any time. If you have a month-to-month contract, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. For annual contracts, you can cancel your subscription, but you will still be charged for the remaining length of the subscription.
3.2. Questions or concerns regarding cancellations can be directed to our team at support@squeakyshoesmedia.com, and we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
4.1. Squeaky Shoes Media will never sell or share your personal or payment information with any third party beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction.

5. Service Guarantees
5.1. We guarantee the security, cleanliness, and functionality of your website to the best of our abilities, provided the tools and plugins used are approved by us and used as intended.
5.2. Any changes to the site code, plugins, or other site functionality (including custom code modifications) made by the Client outside our approved list may affect the site’s safety and functionality. We cannot be held responsible for any negative incidents resulting from such changes.
6. Subscription Changes
6.1. Clients may adjust the terms of their subscription at any time, understanding that canceled services, including add-ons, will be removed from their website without prior notice.
6.2. Squeaky Shoes Media cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects on website functionality or usability resulting from subscription changes.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1. Users are prohibited from using their website for illegal activities. We reserve the right to immediately delete a site involved in illegal activities and report it to authorities, if necessary.
8. Design Rights
8.1. All design rights belong to Squeaky Shoes Media and may not be resold or transferred without our explicit written consent.
